Safety, Security and Quality Policy

Safety, Security and Quality have the highest priority at NewGen Airways. Our goal is to protect our people, our property and the public as well as the environment in which they work and live. While all personnel hold responsibility for safety, managers are accountable for ensuring a safe and secure delivery of air transportation services in their area of their responsibilities. The overall objective is the proactive management of identifiable hazards and their associated risks with the intent to eliminate their potential for affecting aviation safety, security and quality, causing personnel injury and damage to the image, the property, the public and the environment resulting from accidents and incidents to a point that is As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).

To achieve the highest levels of standardization, the senior management is committed to the following objectives:

  • Ensure that operations in all locations are conducted in compliance with rules and regulations of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) as well as applicable legal requirements and standards;
  • Maintain a safe and secure as well as healthy working atmosphere wherever we operate for customers, partners, personnel or contractors by developing a proactive method of hazards identification and risk management through the implementation of integrated Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS);
  • Ensure that all staffs are provided with adequate and appropriate safety awareness, training, competency, provision of necessary resources and ensures that sufficient skilled and trained personnel are available to implement SMS in accordance with the policy;
  • Develop safety, security and injury reporting culture where all personnel are encouraged to report and involved in a “Just Culture” that recognizes human factors and a “Non-Punitive Policy” from the SMS framework in which the Safety Management System (SMS) and other management systems are blended as part of the organization.
  • Clearly define the responsibilities, accountabilities and opportunity to participate in the development of safety, security and quality standards and procedures starting from Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as an Accountable Manager and so on;
  • Establish and continually improve our safety, security and quality performance level using a measured indicator against realistic objectives and/ or targets through management reviews and ensures that everyone understands and accepts that goal; and
  • Evaluate and review Safety, Security and Quality Policy every two years as a part of management review process to assure that this policy remains relevant and appropriate to the scope, size and complexity of the organization.

NewGen Airways is committed to the best interests of our customers, our employees and all other stakeholders to maintain explicitly, safety, security and quality standards which at least comply with the requirement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). This Safety, Security and Quality Policy reflects the commitment to a culture of operational safety, security and quality, and issued under the authority of the highest level of management of Sabaidee Airways Co., Ltd... It is communicated and made visible throughout the organization and ensures that the management systems are integrated to keep customers, partners, personnel or contractors focused to implement this policy.
